We are thrilled to invite you to be an exhibitor at our conference! Our yearly attendance averages around 150 participants– theatre teachers and advocates from all over the state of Florida.
Our Vendor Fee : $200 per table for conference. You are welcome to set up Thursday afternoon October 12, 2023, and are invited to our cocktail hour later that evening to meet our members. Events run from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. on Friday October 13, and 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Saturday October 14. We ask that all exhibitors be broken down by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
A board member will also be reaching out to ask if you are willing to donate goods or services for our raffle and silent auction on Saturday evening. We are happy to give you recognition and credit for your generosity, and encourage our members to support businesses who support them.
